Conditioning class

At the Studio - every Thursday 6pm

 A movement-based class designed to develop:

  •  Mobility – Free up your joints and tissues for smoother movement

  •  Stability – Build a strong, grounded body to improve balance

  • Mind-body connection – Enhance coordination for more intuitive movement

Recovery class

At the Studio - every Monday 6pm

 After exertion, the body needs time to recover and reset. This class helps you:

  •  Release tension – Gently unwind tight areas and restore ease to your body

  • Support muscle recovery – Rehydrate tissues and help your body repair

  • Restore mobility – Reclaim smooth, pain-free range of motion

  •  Relax deeply – Reset your nervous system to recover fully

We focus on relaxing the body and calming the mind through slow movement and breath. This create the appropriate inner environment for you body to recover and return to the water with more ease.

1:1 Coaching

Every surfer’s body and goals are unique. 


Together, we identify your individual strengths, limitations, and priorities, so I can create a tailored session plan for you.

Sessions emphasise on freedom of movement, deep stability, enhanced body awareness and learning to breath for performance & recovery.

My goal is to give you the tools to understand your body so you can give it what it needs to perform safely and efficiently, to unlock your full potential.

How we can work together:

  • Single session : Prior to the session we identify your specific needs and priorities. 60–90 mins session + you leave with a clear guideline of what to focus on and how to work with your body.

  • Monthly support: We start with assessing your goals and body needs, then I design a personalised plan for you to work on in each session + check-ins every 2–4 weeks for steady, mindful progress.
